Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you would like to forward emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
